Our History
Di Tennis Academy was established since 2006 in Irvine, collaborated with the famous Crean Lutheran High School, a local private school. We send tennis teams to numerous high schools in the Orange County every year alone with countless tennis athletes getting accepted to well-known universities. It is the goal as Di Tennis Academy to educate teenage players from beginners, novices, intermediates, to tournament experts, combined with training, teaching, game play, and research together with Crean Lutheran High School, and we strive to give students the best service possible. From the very beginning of mere 12 students to now with more than 200, we now have a highly structured systematic 16-person coach team, led by Coach Di and Coach Eliot Teltscher (Sampras' ex-coach for 7 years). In the process of teaching, our coaches wholeheartedly share their passion to our students. Combine their ideology and years of experience from teaching with video analysis of the students' performance, the coaches are able to communicate and improve students' skills and techniques from every little detail.
History:
since 2006, We have near 100 students age 8-18 attending USTA organization every year in the under 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18 spring and fall team tournament. Every year our teams have acquired top places for multiple age groups. We often keep at least 10 players participate in the USTA teen solo tournament, and fight in the effort for scholarships and prestige university acceptance.
Achievement:
More than 90% of our students have gotten into high school tennis team. After 11 years of hard work and effort, we kept our patience, dedication, and modesty, our goal is to become the best Southern California tennis academy. Let's fight together to reach that goal!
